2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, as a general rule, the Company will not disclose non-personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

1. If the User's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the User may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correct, etc.") his/her personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

1. If we are requested by an individual to cease using or delete his/her personal information (hereinafter referred to as "cease of use, etc.") on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it has been obtained through wrongful means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. If the Company is requested to cease use or erase the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "cease of use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that the information was obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct necessary investigation without delay.

3. In the event of suspension of use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or in the event of a decision not to suspend use, etc., we will notify the user of this without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if it is difficult to take alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of users due to the large amount of costs involved in suspension of use, etc., or other difficulties in taking such measures, such alternative measures shall be taken.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

1. The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to users, except as otherwise provided by law or otherwise in this policy.
2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on the Academy's website.

Article 10 (Voluntary nature of providing personal information)

Whether or not you provide us with personal information is at your discretion. However, if you do not provide us with the required information, we may not be able to provide you with the appropriate services.
